Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
  • Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Minnesota state licensure (or eligibility/intent to obtain)
  • Experience with pediatric populations in school or healthcare settings preferred
  • Strong collaboration and communication skills
  • Capacity to adapt to diverse educational environments

Key Responsibilities:

  • Evaluate students to identify speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) in collaboration with interdisciplinary teams
  • Deliver therapy services both individually and in groups, adjusting techniques to fit student needs
  • Monitor and document progress, conducting ongoing assessments
  • Provide counseling, support, and resources to students, families, and staff
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute professional insights for student development
