Qualifications and Preferred Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Valid state license or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but strong CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Experience in pediatric or school-based settings highly valued
• Strong understanding of IEP processes and best practices in school speech therapy
• Excellent communication, organization, and collaboration skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy services to a diverse caseload of elementary and/or secondary students
• Assess, diagnose, and develop individualized treatment plans targeting speech, language, fluency, and voice disorders
• Collaborate closely with educators, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support student progress
• Document evaluations, maintain records, and participate in IEP meetings as required
• Educate staff and families on speech-language development and intervention strategies
• Stay current on best practices in pediatric speech-language pathology
