We're looking for two enthusiastic SLPs with CCC credentials and experience working in educational environments. If you’re passionate about fostering communication skills that help students thrive, this is a unique opportunity to work with a manageable caseload of 30-45 students in supportive elementary and middle school communities.
Position Details:
- Start date: September 8, 2026
- End date: June 10, 2027
- Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
- Serve either .8 FTE at Palmer Lake Elementary or 1.0 FTE covering two middle schools
- Provide individualized and group speech/language services
Qualifications:
- Valid Tier 3 or 4 SLP licenses with a school speech-language pathology license required
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Previous experience in schools strongly preferred
- Strong collaboration, communication, and record-keeping skills
- Organized, positive, and ready to actively engage students in their communication goals
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct therapy to students with a range of communication needs
- Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student success teams
