With a 37.5-hour work week and a manageable caseload of 30-45 students, you’ll be able to create meaningful connections with learners who thrive on your guidance.

The district values your credentials, and supervision can be provided for Clinical Fellows. Desired Skills & Experience:

  • Valid Tier 3 or 4 SLP license along with SLP school license, or eligibility in the state.
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, though Clinical Fellows will be considered if all licensure requirements are met.
  • Experience working in school settings or with adolescents is highly desirable.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills for engaging with students, parents, and fellow staff.
  • Strong organization and time management abilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations and develop IEPs tailored to student needs.
  • Deliver individual and group therapy sessions focused on speech, language, and communication disorders.
  • Collaborate with teachers, administrators, and parents to monitor progress and adapt strategies.
  • Maintain meticulous records in accordance with district procedures.
  • Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture.
