School Speech Language Pathologist - Hopkins, Minnesota

Make an impact in a dynamic school setting as a contract speech-language pathologist for the upcoming school year! We're looking for two enthusiastic SLPs with CCC credentials and experience working in educational environments. If you’re passionate about fostering communication skills that help students thrive, this is a unique opportunity to work with a manageable caseload of 30-45 students in supportive elementary and middle school communities.

Position Details:

• Start date: September 8, 2026
• End date: June 10, 2027
• Full-time, 37.5 hours per week
• Serve either .8 FTE at Palmer Lake Elementary or 1.0 FTE covering two middle schools
• Provide individualized and group speech/language services

Qualifications:

• Valid Tier 3 or 4 SLP licenses with a school speech-language pathology license required
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• Previous experience in schools strongly preferred
• Strong collaboration, communication, and record-keeping skills
• Organized, positive, and ready to actively engage students in their communication goals

Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct therapy to students with a range of communication needs
• Conduct assessments and develop Individualized Education Plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other specialists
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to student success teams
