Requirements:
- Current, valid licensure as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY, or licensure as an SLPA in the state
- Experience in school-based or healthcare settings preferred
- Demonstrated knowledge of speech/language assessment tools and therapy techniques
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
- Flexibility to adapt services to diverse student needs
- Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive school atmosphere
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct therapy and intervention to a diverse caseload of students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations and document progress
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with fellow educators and families to support student achievement
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
