Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) in Hopkins, MN

Requirements:

• Current, valid licensure as an SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY, or licensure as an SLPA in the state
• Experience in school-based or healthcare settings preferred
• Demonstrated knowledge of speech/language assessment tools and therapy techniques
• Strong communication and organization skills
• Ability to work effectively with students, teachers, and families
• Flexibility to adapt services to diverse student needs
• Dedication to fostering a positive, inclusive school atmosphere

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide direct therapy and intervention to a diverse caseload of students
• Conduct comprehensive evaluations and document progress
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
• Collaborate with fellow educators and families to support student achievement
• Participate in IEP meetings and contribute expertise to multidisciplinary teams
