Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active and current SLP license for North Dakota (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
- Previous experience in school or pediatric settings a plus
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs and support student success
- Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adapt interventions as needed
- Educate and support families and staff regarding speech and language issues
- Foster a positive, inclusive learning environment
