Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Active and current SLP license for North Dakota (or eligibility to obtain)
• ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) preferred, but strong CFY candidates considered
• Previous experience in school or pediatric settings a plus
• Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic and therapeutic services to students with speech, language, voice, or fluency disorders
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to develop IEPs and support student success
• Monitor progress, document outcomes, and adapt interventions as needed
• Educate and support families and staff regarding speech and language issues
