Key Qualifications:

  • Current certification as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience with students in grades K-5, 6-8, and 9-12 preferred
  • Knowledgeable in a broad range of speech and language disorders
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Ability to create individualized therapy plans
  • Commitment to supporting diverse learning needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students with speech, language, and communication challenges
  • Provide direct therapy sessions individually and in small groups across multiple grade levels
  • Consult and collaborate with classroom teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
  • Maintain detailed records and document student progress in alignment with school and district guidelines
  • Contribute to IEP meetings, providing expert input on students’ communication needs
  • Foster a positive, inclusive, and encouraging learning environment
