What you'll bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders (required)
  • Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP)
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates as well as experienced SLPs
  • Florida SLP licensure (or willingness to obtain prior to start)
  • Previous experience in school settings, pediatrics, or with diverse student populations preferred
  • Strong collaboration, organization, and communication skills

Role responsibilities:

  • Conduct screenings, evaluations, and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) for students with speech and language needs
  • Deliver tailored, evidence-based therapy in both individual and small group sessions, 2-2.5 days per week onsite
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, administrators, and families to integrate effective strategies that support each child’s communication goals
  • Maintain thorough progress documentation and participate in IEP meetings
  • Contribute to a positive, inclusive, and growth-minded school environment, advocating for student needs and celebrating their successes
