Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current Texas licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure
• ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) preferred
• Experience working in schools is highly valued
• Familiarity with AAC devices and integrating technology into therapy
• Proficient understanding and management of IEPs

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct thorough evaluations and diagnose speech, language, and swallowing disorders for a diverse student population
• Design and implement individualized treatment plans focused on student success
• Collaborate closely with educators, caregivers, SLPAs, occupational therapists, and additional support staff
• Maintain clear, accurate documentation and participate in ongoing progress monitoring
• Engage with families to support carryover and student generalization outside of school
