Desired Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
• Current or eligible Texas state licensure
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) from ASHA preferred
• Previous experience in school environments is a strong advantage
• Skilled in working with AAC devices
• Well-versed in IEP development and implementation

Key Responsibilities:

• Assess and diagnose speech, language, communication, and swallowing disorders in children and adolescents
• Design, implement, and adjust individualized treatment plans tailored to the unique needs of each student
• Collaborate closely with caregivers, families, SLPAs, PTs, OTs, and educational staff to support student development
• Monitor student progress, maintain detailed documentation, and participate in IEP meetings
• Foster positive communication and provide support and resources to students and their support systems
