Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist in Houston, TX

Opportunities are open for SLPs holding their CCC or those seeking CFY supervision, and experienced SLPAs with a passion for pediatric care may also be considered.

Key Qualifications:

• Active SLP TX licensure (or eligible); SLP-CCC or completing CFY—both are encouraged to apply
• Prior schools-based or pediatric experience highly valued
• Familiarity with contemporary speech-language therapy methods and caseload management
• Experienced SLPAs will be considered; must demonstrate strong school-based skills
• Bilingual (English/Spanish) abilities are a strong asset
• Collaborative, empathetic, and flexible approach to working with students, staff, and families

Role Responsibilities:

• Deliver direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students as outlined in IEPs
• Conduct assessments, develop therapy plans, and maintain documentation in accordance with school and state guidelines
• Provide progress reports and collaborate with teachers, administrators, and families
• Participate in IEP meetings, provide input on communication needs, and support classroom integration
• Utilize both in-person and remote/virtual service delivery, as needed, for hybrid schedules
