Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Houston, TX

Step into a rewarding contract opportunity supporting primary and elementary campuses as a Speech-Language Pathologist. Multiple onsite roles are available for passionate SLPs who are eager to make a meaningful difference in the educational setting. This is a school-based position focused on the evaluation and coordination side of SLP services—no direct therapy is involved. You’ll play a critical part in student support and team collaboration during the academic year from August 2026 through June 2027.

Your expertise will be highly valued in working closely with Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, conducting comprehensive speech-language assessments, and leading ARD meetings to develop the best support plans for students. You’ll have the opportunity to collaborate with other dedicated professionals across several primary and elementary schools, impacting the learning experience of young students at a crucial time in their development.

Qualifications & Experience:

• Current Texas SLP license (CCC)
• Experience in school-based settings preferred
• Familiarity with ARD processes and speech-language evaluation protocols
• Ability to supervise SLPAs and foster effective working relationships
• Strong organizational and communication skills

Primary Responsibilities:

• Supervision of assigned Speech-Language Pathology Assistants
• Performing speech-language evaluations for students
• Leading and facilitating ARD meetings
• Documentation and collaboration with multidisciplinary teams
• No therapy delivery required
