• Effective communication skills for interacting with school staff and facilitating ARD meetings
• Highly organized and detail-oriented, with a collaborative approach

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee and provide guidance to assigned SLPA(s), ensuring best practices and professional development
• Complete thorough speech-language assessments and evaluations in compliance with school and state requirements
• Lead and facilitate ARD (Admission, Review, and Dismissal) meetings, partnering with IEP teams to design effective student supports
• Collaborate with general and special education teachers to identify and address student needs
• Maintain accurate records, evaluation documentation, and progress monitoring reports
• Serve as a vital resource on speech and language development for classroom staff and families
