In this role, you will be instrumental in guiding Speech-Language Pathology Assistants, ensuring quality services and rigorous evaluation standards for students at various campuses. With a weekly commitment of 40 hours, your expertise will help shape effective communication skills that lay the foundation for academic and personal success.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas (CCC required)
  • Prior experience supporting schools or pediatric populations
  • Strong leadership skills to supervise SLPAs
  • Proficiency in conducting thorough speech-language evaluations
  • Experience facilitating Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings
  • Excellent organization and interpersonal communication abilities

Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
  • Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for primary and elementary students
  • Lead and document ARD meetings to determine and review student service plans
  • Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school policies
  • No direct therapy required—focus is on evaluation, supervision, and team facilitation
