What We’re Looking For:
- Active Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) license in Texas (CCC required)
- Prior experience supporting schools or pediatric populations
- Strong leadership skills to supervise SLPAs
- Proficiency in conducting thorough speech-language evaluations
- Experience facilitating Admission, Review, and Dismissal (ARD) meetings
- Excellent organization and interpersonal communication abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Supervise Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs)
- Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for primary and elementary students
- Lead and document ARD meetings to determine and review student service plans
- Collaborate with school staff and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate and timely records in accordance with school policies
- No direct therapy required—focus is on evaluation, supervision, and team facilitation
