Qualifications & Experience:

  • Current Texas SLP license required
  • ASHA Certification (CCC-SLP) required; Clinical Fellows (CFY) also encouraged to apply
  • Experience working in K-12 school environments is highly valued
  • Strong communication, organization, and collaboration skills
  • Capability to work independently and within multidisciplinary teams

Role Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech-language therapy services to students according to IEP goals
  • Conduct evaluations, assessments, and progress monitoring as needed
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions
  • Maintain accurate records and complete necessary documentation
  • Participate in multidisciplinary meetings and collaborate with teachers, families, and support staff
  • Adjust strategies to address the needs of a diverse caseload (details to be discussed during the interview process)
