Qualifications & Experience

  • Active SLP or SLPA license required
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required for SLP applicants
  • Experience in school settings welcomed, but not required
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative abilities
  • Positive, student-focused outlook with a drive to support diverse learners

Responsibilities

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services to students per IEPs
  • Evaluate, assess, and document student progress using evidence-based methods
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams for program planning
  • Provide direct and consultative services to ensure students thrive academically and socially
  • Maintain accurate records and contribute to ongoing improvement of student outcomes
