Exciting opportunities await for dedicated Speech-Language Pathologists (SLPs) and Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPAs) for the 2026–2027 school year. Multiple full-time (37.5 hours/week) roles are available across several campuses, offering the chance to make an impact where it’s needed most.
Qualifications:
- Active Texas SLP or SLPA license required; please be prepared to provide a license screenshot upon submission.
- SLPAs must already be fully licensed—supervision hours for initial licensure are not provided.
- Recent school-based SLP or SLPA experience is a must.
- Open to on-site professionals only; remote work is not available for these roles.
- SLP Clinical Fellows (CFs) are not being considered at this time.
- Reliable transportation is essential, as you may be placed at one of several campus locations.
What You’ll Do:
- Deliver comprehensive speech and language therapy services to K-12 students across a variety of elementary, middle, and high school campuses.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams, teachers, and families to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs).
- Perform student assessments, maintain documentation, and track progress to ensure students achieve their communication goals.
- Support, educate, and encourage students with diverse speech and language needs in a culturally responsive school environment.
