Step into a meaningful contract role supporting elementary students as a bilingual Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP-CCC) in the Houston area. We’re searching for dedicated professionals with school-based SLP experience who can provide both English and Spanish services. You’ll become a vital advocate for student communication, collaborating closely with educators and families in a rewarding, full-time position through June 2027.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active Texas Speech-Language Pathologist license (CCC required)
  • Bilingual proficiency in English and Spanish
  • Previous school-based SLP experience, especially at the elementary level
  • Self-contained classroom experience valued
  • No SLPA or CF applicants (CCC SLPs only)
  • No educator credential required

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver comprehensive speech-language services and assessments for diverse elementary-age students
  • Develop and implement IEP goals and therapy plans tailored to bilingual learners
  • Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with school and state guidelines
  • Communicate with students, families, and multidisciplinary team members to support student progress
  • Participate in ARD meetings and provide consultative support to teachers
  • Serve on-site, attending to the needs of students directly in the school environment
