Qualifications & Preferred Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Current Texas SLP-CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Texas SLP license, or ability to obtain prior to start date
  • Experience or clinical practice in elementary school settings is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Passion for helping students with diverse communication needs

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct speech/language therapy to elementary-aged students per IEP requirements
  • Collaborate with the current SLP to assess student needs and manage caseload
  • Conduct evaluations, develop treatment plans, and document progress
  • Participate in IEP meetings and consult with teachers, staff, and parents
  • Offer guidance and recommendations to support general education staff
  • Contribute positively to the school community and promote student success
