School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Howe, Texas

What We’re Looking For:

• Active SLP license with CCC required
• Prior school or pediatric experience highly preferred
• Demonstrated skill conducting Evals and participating in ARDs
• Previous supervisory experience or readiness to support an SLPA
• Strong oral and written communication skills
• Comfortable working both onsite (direct time) and virtually (indirect time)

What You’ll Do:

• Provide supervision to one SLPA, offering guidance, support, and feedback
• Conduct comprehensive speech-language evaluations for students as needed
• Attend and contribute to ARD meetings, collaborating with multidisciplinary teams
• Complete required documentation and adhere to school protocols for therapy and supervision
• Deliver direct services to students in-person 1-2 days per week (onsite presence required during direct time)
• Manage indirect supervision and administrative responsibilities virtually, offering flexibility in your schedule
