Key qualifications:

• Holds, or is eligible for, Speech-Language Pathology state licensure
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
• Strong knowledge of pediatric speech-language disorders and school-based therapy best practices
• Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Passion for supporting diverse learners in academic environments

Primary responsibilities:

• Provide evaluations, direct therapy, and consultative services for K–12 students
• Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing speech/language goals
• Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary team consultations
• Document clinical services and maintain compliance with school and district guidelines
• Educate and empower teachers and families regarding communication strategies and progress
