Key qualifications:
- Holds, or is eligible for, Speech-Language Pathology state licensure
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or candidates pursuing Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) welcome
- Strong knowledge of pediatric speech-language disorders and school-based therapy best practices
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams and contribute to Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Passion for supporting diverse learners in academic environments
Primary responsibilities:
- Provide evaluations, direct therapy, and consultative services for K–12 students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans addressing speech/language goals
- Participate in IEP meetings, progress monitoring, and multidisciplinary team consultations
- Document clinical services and maintain compliance with school and district guidelines
- Educate and empower teachers and families regarding communication strategies and progress
