Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Hold, or be eligible for, appropriate state licensure
- Open to SLP-CCC and strong Clinical Fellow (CFY) candidates
- Experience in schools or with pediatric populations highly valued
- Effective communicator and flexible team collaborator
- Commitment to inclusion and student-centered therapy
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech-language and communication assessments
- Develop and implement targeted IEP-based interventions
- Manage an elementary caseload, focusing on functional communication goals
- Work closely with teachers, specialists, and families to support student progress
- Document services and maintain thorough student records
- Participate in team meetings and provide consultative support as needed
