Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required.
- Current or pending state licensure for SLP in North Carolina.
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed—or open to clinical fellowship year (CFY) candidates.
- Experience in educational or pediatric settings is highly valued.
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.
Core Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse group of K-12 students.
- Conduct assessments and help develop thorough IEPs; maintain compliance with state and federal requirements.
- Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student learning and progress.
- Document student performance, monitor growth, and adjust interventions as needed.
- Participate in professional development and school team meetings.
