Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid license or eligibility to practice as a Speech-Language Pathologist in North Carolina
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred, but recent graduates eligible for CFY are encouraged to apply
• Demonstrated experience or coursework in school-based or pediatric SLP services
• Strong communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
• Ability to work effectively across elementary, middle, and high school settings

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy services to students from Kindergarten through 12th grade
• Conduct comprehensive assessments, develop individualized education plans (IEPs), and document ongoing progress
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and other school-based professionals to promote student success
• Participate in multidisciplinary team meetings and contribute to professional development activities within the school setting
• Maintain accurate and timely records to support student growth and compliance with state and federal guidelines
