Key Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders required.
• Current or pending state licensure for SLP in North Carolina.
• ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) welcomed—or open to clinical fellowship year (CFY) candidates.
• Experience in educational or pediatric settings is highly valued.
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative skills.

Core Responsibilities:

• Deliver speech and language therapy to a diverse group of K-12 students.
• Conduct assessments and help develop thorough IEPs; maintain compliance with state and federal requirements.
• Collaborate closely with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to enhance student learning and progress.
• Document student performance, monitor growth, and adjust interventions as needed.
