Desired Skills & Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Active state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in North Carolina
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) accepted
• Experience or strong interest in working with pediatric populations and school-aged children
• Understanding of IEP processes, best practices in therapy, and collaborative consultation
• Excellent communication and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct assessments, develop individualized treatment plans, and deliver direct therapy to K-12 students
• Participate actively in IEP meetings, goal setting, and documentation to meet student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support students’ communication goals
• Maintain accurate records and progress notes in compliance with school and district requirements
• Stay current on relevant therapy techniques and educational trends
