A contract position is available for a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) with a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) in a school setting located in Hudson, WI. This role is ideal for an SLP professional passionate about supporting students’ communication development in an educational environment.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students to identify communication needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and therapy sessions.
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to promote student progress.
  • Monitor and document student progress, adjusting therapy goals as needed.
  • Provide consultation and training to school staff regarding speech and language issues.
  • Maintain compliance with state and federal regulations regarding speech services in schools.

Qualifications:

  • Valid Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from the American Speech-Language-Hearing Association (ASHA).
  • Experience working as an SLP in a school setting, preferably with a range of pediatric clients.
  • Strong understanding of school-based speech and language programs and IEP development.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work independently and manage a caseload efficiently.
