School-Based Speech Language Pathologist - Huffman, Texas

What you’ll need:

• A valid Texas SLP-CCC license is required
• Previous experience with pediatric populations or in a school-based setting is highly valued
• Strong communication and collaboration skills
• Organized, compassionate, and driven to foster student success
• SLPAs are also encouraged to apply

Key responsibilities:

• Provide diagnostic evaluations and direct therapy for students with a range of communication needs
• Collaborate with educators, families, and support teams to develop and implement effective Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
• Maintain accurate documentation and progress notes in accordance with school policies
• Participate in meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary teams
• Adapt therapy strategies to best meet individual student goals
