Make a meaningful difference in the educational experience of students as an onsite Speech-Language Pathologist supporting primary and elementary campuses in a vibrant and growing school environment. This school-based contract opportunity runs from August 3, 2026, to June 4, 2027, and involves working closely with an engaged multidisciplinary team. You'll play a pivotal role in evaluating speech-language needs, supervising an SLPA, and facilitating ARD meetings while focusing on comprehensive assessments and case management.

Key Experience and Qualifications:

  • Hold active SLP licensure in Texas (CCC strongly preferred)
  • Successful background in school-based speech-language services
  • Experience supervising Speech-Language Pathology Assistants (SLPA)
  • Knowledge of state and federal special education requirements
  • Confident in completing thorough speech and language evaluations for students
  • Skilled in conducting and reporting IEP meetings (ARDs)
  • Exceptional collaboration and communication abilities

Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee SLPA tasks and provide required supervision
  • Conduct speech-language evaluations and interpret assessment findings
  • Collaborate with educational teams and ensure accurate documentation
  • Facilitate and participate in ARD meetings for student support
  • Liaise with families and school staff to communicate evaluation outcomes and recommendations
  • Manage compliance with policies and timelines for all assigned campuses
  • Maintain meticulous records and uphold best practices in all service activities

This is a full-time, onsite position for 40 hours per week with assignments at multiple primary and elementary campuses. The position focuses exclusively on evaluation, supervision, and case management—therapy delivery is not included in the scope of this role.
