Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
  • Current state licensure or eligibility
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or Clinical Fellowship Year candidate (CFY) welcome
  • Experience working in schools or pediatric settings strongly preferred
  • Skilled in providing direct and teletherapy services
  • Strong documentation, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy to students according to their individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support students’ success
  • Conduct assessments, create treatment plans, and maintain thorough records
  • Monitor student progress, adjust interventions, and participate in IEP meetings
  • Assist in both in-person and virtual service delivery as needed
  • Provide guidance and resources for educators and families to reinforce carryover beyond the therapy setting
