Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility to obtain) as an SLP
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Experience working in school-based or pediatric settings
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Strong organizational abilities and adaptability

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments and deliver individualized speech and language therapy to students
  • Collaborate with teachers, support staff, and families to develop IEPs and therapy goals
  • Track progress, maintain detailed records, and adjust interventions as needed
  • Provide consultative support and training to school staff and families
  • Participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team activities
  • Uphold compliance with all federal, state, and district regulations
