Qualifications and Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Current state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Indiana
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellows are encouraged to apply
• Previous experience in a school-based setting is a plus
• Strong communication and organizational skills
• Ability to develop tailored treatment plans to meet diverse student needs

Responsibilities:

• Provide direct and indirect speech-language therapy to students, utilizing evidence-based practices
• Conduct evaluations, assess student progress, and adjust interventions as needed
• Collaborate with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student success
• Document services and maintain compliance with state and federal regulations
• Contribute to Individualized Education Plan (IEP) development and attend meetings
• Offer support, strategies, and resources for educators and families
