Key Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • SLP-CCC certification required
  • Active Maryland SLP licensure
  • Prior experience working in Maryland school settings preferred
  • Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide comprehensive speech and language services for K-12 students, including screenings, assessments, intervention, and therapy
  • Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and other school staff to support student progress and ensure effective interventions
  • Maintain thorough documentation and timely progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology

This rewarding, full-time contract position runs from late August 2026 through early June 2027, offering 37.5 hours each week in a welcoming and supportive environment focused exclusively on onsite therapy.
