Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- SLP-CCC certification required
- Active Maryland SLP licensure
- Prior experience working in Maryland school settings preferred
- Strong communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide comprehensive speech and language services for K-12 students, including screenings, assessments, intervention, and therapy
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) tailored to each student’s needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other school staff to support student progress and ensure effective interventions
- Maintain thorough documentation and timely progress reports in compliance with state and federal regulations
- Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary team discussions
- Stay current with best practices in school-based speech-language pathology
This rewarding, full-time contract position runs from late August 2026 through early June 2027, offering 37.5 hours each week in a welcoming and supportive environment focused exclusively on onsite therapy.
