Bring your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Speech-Language Pathology Assistant and make a real impact in students’ lives. This is a full-time contract role, working directly with children from kindergarten through high school within a collaborative and forward-thinking setting.

Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology (SLP-CCC or SLP-CFY), or valid licensure as a Speech-Language Pathology Assistant (SLPA)
  • Active state licensure for speech-language pathology in Texas, or eligibility to obtain prior to start
  • Previous school-based experience strongly preferred, but passionate new grads are also encouraged to apply
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
  • Commitment to providing inclusive and culturally responsive services

Responsibilities Include:

  • Conducting speech, language, and communication assessments
  • Developing and implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) for students across K-12
  • Delivering direct and consultative speech therapy services
  • Collaborating with teachers, parents, and other educational professionals
  • Maintaining accurate documentation and progress notes as required
  • Participating in IEP meetings and contributing to multidisciplinary teams
