Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
- Active SLP-CCC credential, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, and SLPAs welcome
- Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred
- Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
- Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Responsibilities:
- Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy services to K-8th grade students
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
- Utilize evidence-based practices for speech, language, and communication disorders
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams
- Supervise and support onsite SLPAs to deliver comprehensive services
- Maintain records and prepare reports in accordance with school and federal guidelines
- Conduct therapy both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
