Multiple full-time roles are available for the 2026-2027 academic year, offering the opportunity to work closely with a collaborative support team—including onsite SLPAs—and help students thrive. Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Active SLP-CCC credential, Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates, and SLPAs welcome
  • Previous experience in pediatric or school-based settings is preferred
  • Valid state SLP license or eligibility to obtain
  • Familiarity with teletherapy platforms is a plus
  • Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills

Responsibilities:

  • Provide assessment, intervention, and therapy services to K-8th grade students
  • Develop and implement Individualized Education Programs (IEPs) tailored to student needs
  • Utilize evidence-based practices for speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary school teams
  • Supervise and support onsite SLPAs to deliver comprehensive services
  • Maintain records and prepare reports in accordance with school and federal guidelines
  • Conduct therapy both in-person and via teletherapy as needed
