Key Qualifications:
- Valid SLP license; CCC or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) considered
- Experience delivering speech services in school and pediatric settings
- Proficiency in both in-person and teletherapy modalities
- Ability to provide speech-language services to K-8th grade students
- Strong communication and organization skills
- Commitment to collaboration with educators, staff, and SLPAs
Primary Responsibilities:
- Conduct speech, language, and communication assessments for students in K-8th grades
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Provide direct and virtual therapy in collaboration with SLPAs and educational staff
- Track student progress through documentation and data collection
- Consult with teachers and families to support student learning and communication goals
- Participate in team meetings and contribute expertise on student progress
