Key Qualifications:

• Hold a Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or eligible Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
• CFY candidates encouraged to apply
• Licensed, or eligible for licensure, as an SLP in Maryland
• Experience working in schools or pediatric healthcare settings preferred
• Background in delivering teletherapy services is a plus
• Effective communication skills and a team-oriented mindset

Your Role Will Include:

• Conducting comprehensive speech, language, and communication assessments for school-age children
• Developing and implementing individualized treatment plans for students with mild diagnoses
• Collaborating with teachers, caregivers, and other professionals to support student success
• Delivering direct therapy, both onsite and via teletherapy platforms as needed
• Maintaining accurate documentation and progress reports in accordance with school and healthcare regulations
• Participating in IEP meetings and offering expert input toward student goals
