Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
  • Experience with pediatric populations, school-based settings, or teletherapy preferred
  • Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
  • Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
  • Commitment to delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions

Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ specific needs
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
  • Contribute to IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reporting
  • Foster an encouraging, inclusive, and positive therapy environment
  • Stay up to date on best practices through ongoing learning and professional exchanges
