Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as a Speech-Language Pathologist
- Experience with pediatric populations, school-based settings, or teletherapy preferred
- Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are encouraged to apply
- Strong communication, organizational, and collaboration skills
- Commitment to delivering individualized, evidence-based interventions
Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized therapy plans to address students’ specific needs
- Collaborate with educators, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student progress
- Contribute to IEP meetings, documentation, and progress reporting
- Foster an encouraging, inclusive, and positive therapy environment
