Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure (or eligibility) as an SLP in Maryland
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred, but CFY candidates considered
- Previous school-based or pediatric clinical experience is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat students with speech, language, and communication disorders
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Collaborate with teachers, families, and interdisciplinary teams to support student success
- Maintain accurate records and document progress
