Qualifications:
- Valid Speech-Language Pathology license for Missouri
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
- Recent experience working within a school setting, particularly in elementary education
- Strong assessment, evaluation, and report-writing skills
- Excellent communication skills with students, colleagues, and families
- Ability to work onsite in a collaborative school environment
Key Responsibilities:
- Evaluate and identify speech, language, and communication needs of assigned students
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEP goals
- Deliver speech and language therapy services individually or in small groups
- Collaborate with teachers, special educators, and families to support student progress
- Maintain accurate documentation of assessments, progress notes, and compliance reports
- Act as a resource to school staff, providing input on communication strategies within the classroom
