Embark on a rewarding contract opportunity serving students throughout a dynamic school district near Independence, MO. This full-time assignment invites you to work onsite across multiple school campuses, supporting students’ development and success through high-quality speech and language services. Your schedule will run Monday through Friday, 9am to 4:40pm, aligning with the academic year from late August 2026 to late May 2027.

Leverage your expertise as a Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP/CCC-SLP) to make a genuine impact, focusing on a split caseload. Expect to provide direct services to specialized classrooms at Liberty High School three days a week, with the other days dedicated to students at Heritage Middle School and potentially an additional district building. You’ll collaborate closely with educators and families, supporting students’ unique communication needs and fostering positive educational experiences.

Desired Skills & Qualifications:

• Valid SLP license (ASHA CCC-SLP strongly preferred)
• Experience in school-based or pediatric settings
• Strong understanding of IEP development, progress monitoring, and outcome documentation
• Collaborative approach with teachers, school teams, and families
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
• Flexibility to travel among school sites within the district

Key Responsibilities:
