What You’ll Need:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
• Valid SLP license for the state or ability to obtain one prior to start
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) or eligibility as a Clinical Fellow (CFY)
• Previous school-based experience is preferred, but new graduates are encouraged to apply
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
• Commitment to fostering a positive and inclusive learning environment

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct evaluations, screenings, and assessments to identify students’ speech and language needs
• Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs) in collaboration with teachers, families, and support staff
• Provide direct and consultative speech-language therapy services to students, both individually and in groups
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation of student progress, assessments, and therapy sessions
• Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress and recommendations
• Participate in team meetings and professional development to stay current with best practices
