Step into a contract opportunity serving K-12 students as a dedicated Speech Language Pathologist. This full-time role supports learners from elementary through high school, providing essential speech and language services within a collaborative and student-focused school environment located near Indianapolis, IN. Enjoy the balance of a consistent Monday through Friday schedule, starting as soon as possible and extending through May 27, 2026.

What We’re Looking For:

  • ASHA certification (CCC-SLP) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
  • Previous school-based or pediatric experience preferred
  • Ability to assess, diagnose, and treat communication disorders for a diverse student population
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills
  • Indiana state licensure (or eligibility to obtain prior to start date)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver both direct and indirect speech-language therapy services in accordance with each student's IEP
  • Evaluate and document student progress, maintaining thorough and timely records
  • Collaborate with educational staff and families to support students’ communication goals in the school setting
  • Participate in IEP meetings and contribute to multidisciplinary educational teams
  • Focus exclusively on therapy-related tasks during contracted hours—no bus or pickup duties required
