Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
  • Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly desired, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
  • Background in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare-related SLP services preferred
  • Teletherapy experience a plus, along with comfort using relevant virtual platforms
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
  • Commitment to supporting diverse student populations

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from varied backgrounds
  • Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress toward goals
  • Deliver evidence-based therapy services in-person and via teletherapy as needed
  • Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
  • Document all services and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
  • Provide mentorship and guidance to SLP Clinical Fellows, if applicable
