Qualifications and Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state licensure or eligibility to obtain state licensure
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) highly desired, but Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates are welcome
- Background in school-based, pediatric, or healthcare-related SLP services preferred
- Teletherapy experience a plus, along with comfort using relevant virtual platforms
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication abilities
- Commitment to supporting diverse student populations
Key Responsibilities:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders in students from varied backgrounds
- Develop individualized education plans (IEPs) and track student progress toward goals
- Deliver evidence-based therapy services in-person and via teletherapy as needed
- Collaborate closely with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams to promote student success
- Document all services and maintain compliance with district, state, and federal regulations
- Provide mentorship and guidance to SLP Clinical Fellows, if applicable
