Qualifications & Desired Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
  • Valid SLP license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
  • Solid background in providing pediatric speech and language services
  • School-based experience highly valued; healthcare or teletherapy experience a plus
  • Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
  • Familiarity with IEP documentation and special education collaboration

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students
  • Develop customized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings
  • Assess, diagnose, and document speech-language impairments
  • Partner with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and monitor students’ development over the school year
  • Offer support in both individual and group settings as needed
