Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology required
- Valid SLP license in the state of Indiana (or eligibility to obtain)
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) from ASHA is preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcome
- Solid background in providing pediatric speech and language services
- School-based experience highly valued; healthcare or teletherapy experience a plus
- Strong interpersonal and communication abilities
- Familiarity with IEP documentation and special education collaboration
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct and consultative speech and language therapy to students
- Develop customized treatment plans and participate in IEP meetings
- Assess, diagnose, and document speech-language impairments
- Partner with teachers, staff, and families to maximize student progress
- Maintain accurate records and monitor students’ development over the school year
- Offer support in both individual and group settings as needed
