This role is designed for a qualified Speech-Language Pathologist holding a Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC), seeking to step into a focused supervisory position with the added opportunity to contribute directly to student achievement.

You will play a pivotal part in overseeing one existing SLP assistant, providing essential guidance one day a week onsite. Additionally, you’ll make a difference by managing assessments and ensuring student needs are met through timely IEP meetings when present. Preferred Qualifications:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Valid ASHA CCC
  • State licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist (or eligibility)
  • Experience supervising or mentoring SLP assistants is highly valued
  • Familiarity with school-based service delivery and completing formal speech/language assessments
  • Excellent organizational and communication skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide weekly, onsite supervision to an SLP assistant, ensuring best practices and compliance
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations for students as needed
  • Convene and lead IEP meetings, collaborating with educational teams and families
  • Maintain clear, compliant documentation and progress records
  • Partner with educators and support staff to achieve student-centric solutions
