Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
- Hold or eligible for SLP license in Indiana
- Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; CFY candidates encouraged to apply
- Experience in educational settings or with pediatric populations
- Ability to plan and deliver therapy services in an elementary school environment
- Strong communication skills for collaboration with teachers, families, and multidisciplinary teams
- Familiarity with teletherapy and healthcare-related SLP practices is a plus
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct speech-language services to elementary school students individually or in groups
- Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop Individualized Education Programs (IEPs)
- Collaborate with educators and family members to support student progress
- Maintain thorough and accurate documentation of services and progress reports
- Support students across a variety of speech, language, voice, and fluency needs
- Participate in IEP meetings, staff meetings, and professional learning opportunities
