Desired Qualifications and Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Valid SLP license (Indiana or eligibility for licensure)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or CFY candidates welcome
- Previous pediatric or school-based experience preferred
- Teletherapy knowledge/comfort is a plus, though services will be provided onsite
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech-language evaluations and therapy to elementary-aged students
- Develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Work closely with educators and families to support each child’s progress
- Maintain comprehensive documentation aligned with school and federal guidelines
- Participate in multi-disciplinary team meetings and contribute to a positive school culture
