Qualifications & Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology
- Active ASHA certification (CCC) or those seeking CFY are welcome
- Indiana SLP licensure (or eligibility)
- Previous experience in school-based or early childhood settings strongly preferred
- Strong communication, collaboration, and documentation skills
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct thorough evaluations of preschool students’ speech, language, and communication abilities
- Develop and implement individualized education programs (IEPs) aligned with student needs and educational goals
- Deliver direct and consultative SLP services, both one-on-one and in group formats, within the school setting
- Collaborate with educators, families, and other support professionals to foster each child’s language development
- Maintain accurate records and progress reports, ensuring compliance with state and school policies
