Qualifications & Experience:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders
  • Valid SLP license in the state of Indiana
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Previous experience in a school setting is preferred, but recent graduates with strong clinical skills are encouraged to apply
  • Exceptional interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
  • Ability to work with a diverse student population

Responsibilities:

  • Assess and diagnose speech, language, and communication disorders
  • Design and implement personalized treatment plans to address students' individual needs
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other staff to support students’ progress
  • Maintain accurate documentation and progress reporting according to school and legal requirements
  • Provide direct therapy—as well as consultative services—to students in individual and group settings
  • Participate in IEP meetings and support the development of IEP goals
