Qualifications & Experience:

  • Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Experience with elementary-aged students in a school setting is preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
  • Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
  • Well-versed in conducting assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation

Key Responsibilities:

  • Deliver speech and language therapy services for K-5 students
  • Administer evaluations, interpret data, and set appropriate therapy goals
  • Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
  • Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings to guide intervention plans and report progress
  • Employ evidence-based practices to address a variety of communication disorders
