Qualifications & Experience:
- Active SLP license and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
- Experience with elementary-aged students in a school setting is preferred
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset
- Ability to develop and implement individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Well-versed in conducting assessments, progress monitoring, and documentation
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver speech and language therapy services for K-5 students
- Administer evaluations, interpret data, and set appropriate therapy goals
- Collaborate with educators, families, and multidisciplinary teams to support student achievement
- Maintain accurate and timely documentation in accordance with school requirements
- Participate in IEP meetings to guide intervention plans and report progress
- Employ evidence-based practices to address a variety of communication disorders
