School Speech Language Pathologist - Indianapolis, Indiana

Key Responsibilities:

• Complete comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language challenges
• Design and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to each student’s unique needs
• Conduct engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language development goals
• Monitor student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and professional standards
• Work in partnership with an interdisciplinary team, including educators, counselors, and other therapists, to ensure cohesive care and support for each student
• Communicate effectively with parents and families, providing education and strategies to reinforce therapy goals beyond the classroom

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
• Current or eligible state license in Speech-Language Pathology
• Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
• Previous experience in a pediatric or school setting is ideal
• Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
• Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
