Key Responsibilities:
- Complete comprehensive evaluations for students presenting with speech and language challenges
- Design and implement individualized therapy programs tailored to each student’s unique needs
- Conduct engaging therapy sessions focused on speech and language development goals
- Monitor student progress, maintaining thorough and accurate documentation in compliance with school and professional standards
- Work in partnership with an interdisciplinary team, including educators, counselors, and other therapists, to ensure cohesive care and support for each student
- Communicate effectively with parents and families, providing education and strategies to reinforce therapy goals beyond the classroom
Preferred Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Current or eligible state license in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) strongly preferred
- Previous experience in a pediatric or school setting is ideal
- Outstanding communication, interpersonal, and organizational skills
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a collaborative multidisciplinary team
