Pediatric School Speech Language Pathologist - Indianapolis, IN

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences
• Valid ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) or eligibility for Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY)
• Indiana state licensure as an SLP or SLPA, or eligibility for licensure
• Previous pediatric and/or elementary school experience strongly preferred
• Comfortable delivering services in a school or healthcare environment
• Strong collaboration skills to partner with teachers, families, and support teams
• Ability to develop and implement individualized education plan (IEP) goals

Responsibilities:

• Provide speech, language, and communication therapy to elementary-aged students in a supportive school environment
• Screen, assess, and diagnose communication disorders using evidence-based practices
• Document services, maintain accurate records, and contribute to IEP meetings
• Collaborate closely with educators, administrators, and families to maximize student success
• Offer direct therapy and consultative services to support students’ goals
• Participate in professional development and remain current with best practices
