Pediatric Speech Language Pathologist (SLP) - Indianapolis, IN

Qualifications & Desired Experience:

• Master’s degree in Communication Sciences and Disorders or Speech-Language Pathology required
• Valid Indiana SLP license (or eligibility)
• Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred; Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) candidates welcomed
• Experience or interest in school-based and pediatric caseloads highly valued
• Open to SLPAs with experience in schools or healthcare settings
• Strong communication, organizational, and collaborative abilities

Responsibilities & Duties:

• Manage an elementary student caseload, delivering individualized and group speech-language therapy
• Conduct comprehensive assessments and develop IEPs tailored to student needs
• Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to support academic and social growth
• Participate in IEP meetings and maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations
• Engage in ongoing professional development and school initiatives
