Key Qualifications:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program
- Valid state SLP license (or eligibility to obtain)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) preferred
- Experience working with K-12 populations in educational settings
- Strong interpersonal, organizational, and communication skills
- Ability to develop individualized treatment plans and assessments
Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech-language therapy services to students according to IEPs
- Conduct evaluations and reassessments as needed
- Collaborate with teachers and staff to integrate interventions into the classroom
- Participate in IEP meetings and assist with documentation
- Communicate regularly with families regarding student progress
- Maintain compliance with all state and federal regulations
