Qualifications and Desired Experience:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Sciences and Disorders
- Active state SLP license (or eligibility)
- ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Prior experience in school or pediatric settings is strongly desired
- Strong knowledge of IEPs, special education requirements, and evidence-based practices
- Excellent communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills
- Ability to collaborate with multidisciplinary teams
Responsibilities:
- Conduct comprehensive speech and language assessments for students
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs)
- Deliver direct and consultative therapy services in accordance with IEP goals
- Maintain accurate documentation and progress reports
- Consult with teachers, parents, and school staff to support student success
- Contribute to IEP meetings and student support teams
