Desired Experience & Qualifications:
- Active SLP-CCC or eligible SLP-CFY credential
- Strong foundation in school-based speech-language services
- Experience or coursework in K-4th grade interventions
- Familiarity with IEP development, progress monitoring, and Medicaid billing
- Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills
Primary Responsibilities:
- Deliver direct speech and language therapy, individually and in groups, to elementary students
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations, interpret findings, and communicate results
- Prepare and maintain thorough documentation, including IEPs and evaluation reports
- Lead or participate in IEP meetings as an engaged team member
- Coordinate with educators, staff, and families to support student success
- Submit Medicaid billing documentation according to policies and timelines
