What you’ll do:
- Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique strengths and challenges
- Provide therapy sessions focused on achieving speech, language, and communication goals
- Track progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed to maximize growth
- Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure coordinated care and generalization of skills
- Provide education and support to families, empowering them to take an active role in the therapy process
What you bring:
- Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
- Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
- Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
- Strong foundation in working with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
- Excellent communication and collaboration skills
- Ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a dynamic team
