What you’ll do:

  • Conduct comprehensive evaluations of students presenting with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to students’ unique strengths and challenges
  • Provide therapy sessions focused on achieving speech, language, and communication goals
  • Track progress, document outcomes, and adjust interventions as needed to maximize growth
  • Work closely with teachers, school staff, and families to ensure coordinated care and generalization of skills
  • Provide education and support to families, empowering them to take an active role in the therapy process

What you bring:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution
  • Active state licensure or eligibility for licensure in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Strong foundation in working with pediatric or school-aged populations is a plus
  • Excellent communication and collaboration skills
  • Ability to work both independently and as a valued member of a dynamic team
