Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid California Speech Language Pathologist License
  • ASHA Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) required
  • Certificate of Clearance (COC) for California
  • Experience with preschool-aged children in a school setting
  • Familiarity with SEIS preferred
  • Excellent communication, collaboration, and organizational skills

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct assessments, develop IEP goals, and provide direct therapy to preschool students
  • Implement evidence-based intervention strategies for speech, language, and communication needs
  • Collaborate with teachers and parents to support student progress
  • Maintain accurate records and complete required documentation in SEIS and other systems
  • Attend and participate in IEP meetings and multidisciplinary team discussions
  • Support students’ social, emotional, and academic growth through innovative therapy sessions
