Key Qualifications and Experience:

  • Valid California Speech Language Pathologist license
  • Current ASHA Certification and COC required
  • Open to Clinical Fellowship Year (CFY) and Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC) candidates
  • Strong background working within a school setting, especially preschool populations
  • Experience with SEIS documentation is a plus
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and collaboration skills

Core Responsibilities:

  • Assess, diagnose, and develop treatment plans for students requiring speech and language services
  • Deliver therapy tailored to preschool-aged children in both group and individual settings
  • Maintain comprehensive documentation in compliance with state and district requirements
  • Participate in IEP meetings and collaborate with families and multidisciplinary teams to develop educational goals
  • Provide education and training to school staff on speech and language strategies and interventions
  • Monitor progress and adjust plans as needed to foster student growth
