Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive assessments for students presenting with speech and language disorders
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans based on evaluation outcomes
  • Provide engaging, evidence-based therapy sessions addressing targeted speech and language goals
  • Maintain thorough documentation of student progress, updating plans as needed
  • Partner effectively with a collaborative multidisciplinary team, including teachers and specialists, for coordinated care
  • Offer education and guidance to families, involving them in the therapy process and supporting progress at home

Qualifications & Skills:

  • Master’s degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program is required
  • Active, current state licensure (or eligibility for licensure) in Speech-Language Pathology
  • Preferred: Certificate of Clinical Competence in Speech-Language Pathology (CCC-SLP)
  • Experience with pediatric and/or school-aged children preferred
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Demonstrated ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a team setting

To be eligible, candidates must hold an active license approved by the respective State Board of Speech Language Pathology and a Master’s Degree or higher in Speech Language Pathology.
