Qualifications & Experience:
- Current certification as an SLP (CCC required)
- Experience in a school-based or pediatric setting is highly valued
- Familiarity with California Medicaid (Paradigm) processes is preferred
- Comfortable providing services for students with varying needs, including experience or willingness to work with AAC devices
- Possession of a valid Certificate of Clearance (COC) for California schools
What You’ll Do:
- Assess, diagnose, and treat speech, language, and communication disorders within a preschool environment
- Develop and implement Individualized Education Plans (IEPs) specific to each child's needs
- Work closely with teachers, paraprofessionals, and families to ensure best outcomes
- Document progress and maintain compliance with state and federal guidelines
- Contribute to a supportive, inclusive, and collaborative school community
